The Ferrari 250 GTO is a Grand Touring car designed and produced by Ferrari from 1962 to 1964 for the purpose of homologation into the FIA's Group 3 category. Its power source was Ferrari's Tipo 168/62 Colombo V12 engine, and its name "250" indicates the displacement in cubic centimeters of each cylinder.
